A greener future starts where you live. The Guelph Greener Homes Program offers zero-interest loans to eligible residential property owners to help cover the costs of energy-efficient home upgrades. These improvements can lower your energy bills, make your home more comfortable year-round, and reduce your carbon footprint.

As part of the Race to Zero initiative, the City of Guelph is committed to helping residents make their homes climate-friendly and energy-efficient. Whether you’re upgrading insulation, replacing windows, or installing an efficient heating system, this program can make your project more affordable.

The Guelph Greener Homes Program is available on a first-come, first-served basis while funds last, so it’s important to act quickly.
