COVID-19 Guidance
PLEASE READ: Covid-19 customer guidance
To safeguard our customers, contractors and employees we ask that you follow these guidelines:

Stay at least 6 feet from the Energy Advisor;

Wear a mask at all times during the energy assessment;

before the advisor arrives, print all of the required forms, fill them out and sign them ready for the Energy Advisor to take photos – you must keep these copies for 3 years – Date all forms the same day as the appointment. (Also you can request your Energy Advisor to email you all the forms and you can complete and sign and email them back to your advisor.)
But first, some Covid-19 questions and information:

Have you or anyone in your house travelled outside of Canada or had close contact with anyone that has travelled outside of Canada in the past 14 days?

Do you or anyone in your house have a fever? (Note fever is 37.8°C or greater) *

Have you or anyone in your house had close contact with anyone with respiratory illness or a confirmed or probable case of COVID-19? *
